Supporting and championing others is an essential part of who I am.
I enjoy working with courageous people who dare to lead their professional lives and embrace learning and development for improved performance and fulfillment. Typically, I work with managers, directors, senior management, young professionals and entrepreneurs.
I have worked with executives across the globe, working in different industries like CPG, pharmaceutical, NGO, fashion, financial services, tech.
Prior to becoming a coach, I had extensive corporate experience in marketing, strategy and team leadership in Unilever. I combine my passion for coaching with other projects that support women thrive like mentoring women entrepreneurs at different platforms like the Cherie Blair Foundation, Bridge for Billions or Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, and advising the startup Hub Dot, a event company that help people all over the world connect in a more human way – one that isn’t ego-driven, elitist or competitive.
I’m a mom of 3 girls, living abroad for close to 10 years and enjoying a multicultural environment as I am Spanish at origin, French by education and enjoying life in anglophone countries.
